Multilayer solvent-free epoxy system suitable for resin coatings of 1.5 mm average thickness. It is a solvent-free, vapour-permeable system for industrial floors with high mechanical, wear and abrasion resistance. It is suitable for floors without a vapour barrier and/or where rising damp is present and can be applied to concrete after only 4 days of curing. It has a marked anti-slip effect. It is suitable for industrial floors subject to medium-heavy traffic.

BREATHABLE SELF-LEVELLING SYSTEMS

3. Application of thick coat with breathable self-leveling epoxy resin Ral color.
4. Roller application of transparent aliphatic polyurethane protective resin.
This solvent-free epoxy system is suitable for resin coatings of 2 to 4 mm medium thickness. It forms a coating permeable to rising damp and is therefore suitable for floors without vapor barriers where rising damp occurs and can be applied to concrete as soon as 4 days after it sets. It has high mechanical and chemical resistance. The natural mat finish gives a remarkable aesthetic appearance.

3. Resin mortar applied by trowel and mechanically smoothed.
4. Impregnation with epoxy resin.
5. Smoothing with transpirant epoxy resin RAL color sanded with quartz.
6. Last smoothing with transpirant epoxy resin RAL color.
This solvent-free epoxy system is suitable for the application of thick resin coatings of between 5 and 15 mm thickness. It is particularly suitable for the restoration of old, very worn floors. It allows the recovery of depressions and the creation of slopes. It has excellent resistance to aggressive chemicals and is suitable for heavy forklift traffic. The finish can be either slip-resistant or smooth.
