LOW THICKNESS POLYURETHANE CEMENT SYSTEMS
1. Mechanical preparation of the support.
2. Smoothing with polyurethane cement resin sanded with quartz.
3. Second smoothing coat with coloured cementitious polyurethane resin sanded with quartz.
4. Final smoothing with coloured cement-based polyurethane resin.
Solvent-free polyurethane cement resin system suitable for resin coatings with an average thickness of 4 mm. It guarantees high chemical and mechanical resistance and is resistant to frequent washing with hot water under pressure up to 80°C. Particularly suitable for resin floor and wall coverings in food environments. Non-slip or smooth finish.

Solvent-free polyurethane cement resin system, suitable for 10 mm thick resin coatings. It guarantees high values of chemical and mechanical resistance; it has non-slip characteristics and is resistant to thermal shock caused by frequent washing with hot water under pressure and/or steam, up to a temperature of 180°C. It is particularly suitable for use in cold stores and environments where food is processed.
