Renovation without total demolition is easy to achieve with resin coatings. We restore industrial concrete floors and those with heavily worn surface coatings, as well as resin coatings that require functional restoration.

We may encounter many different situations, such as concrete floors that are contaminated with oil, very dirty, cracked, damaged at the construction joints or in other areas, or affected by rising damp or depressions.

Our certified solutions are available in a range of variable thicknesses, from 2.5 mm and upwards, depending on requirements. They are designed to restore surfaces that are no longer fit for purpose or meet safety standards.

Timing

The relatively short implementation time and minimal invasiveness represent clear advantages for the customer, as does the very limited downtime. Where possible, our teams work outside of the production cycle, for example, at night, at weekends, during holidays or, when the factory is closed, depending on requirements and in agreement with the client.

Does a resin floor cost more than concrete or tiled flooring, is it worth it?

On installation price, often yes: resin costs more than basic economy epoxy paint or simple concrete grinding. But the right comparison isn’t the cost of the job itself, it’s the total cost over time, what’s known technically as TCO, total cost of ownership. A raw concrete or tiled floor generates recurring costs that are rarely factored into the initial quote: more frequent, harsher cleaning (a porous surface that traps dirt and residue), production stoppages for spot repairs on cracks and joints that degrade over time, replacing broken tiles or resealing grout lines. A continuous resin floor, with no joints, reduces these recurring costs — it’s an investment to be evaluated over the floor’s working life, not just on installation day.

How much does an industrial resin floor cost per square metre?

There’s no reliable standard price without a site survey — anyone quoting remotely is estimating, not calculating. The cost depends on four concrete variables:
Condition of the existing substrate: sound concrete needs less preparation (and lower cost) than concrete that’s cracked, contaminated with oil, or has residual moisture that needs treating before application.
System thickness: a thin anti-dust coating costs less than a 3–4 mm multilayer system, but they offer very different mechanical and chemical resistance — they’re not the same category of product.
Total surface area: areas above 500 sqm benefit from economies of scale that lower the unit cost.
Required performance: specific certifications (HACCP, antistatic/ESD, targeted chemical resistance, slip rating) affect the choice of system and therefore the price.
