Our goal is to promote the integration of environmental, social, and governance challenges more and more.

ESG – Environmental

We cannot ignore the environment in which we live and work. We only consider solutions that can guarantee high eco-compatibility. We use products with very low VOC emissions that are free from pollutants and solvents. We minimise travel distances between the source of the raw materials and the production and use locations. We work to ensure that our clients can continue to operate simultaneously. All residues from our construction sites are taken to authorised landfills.
This commitment translates concretely into the choice of suppliers we work with: as trusted applicators for Mapei, Sika and Sherwin-Williams, we use resin systems and polyurethane cement coatings developed according to certified sustainability standards, from Environmental Product Declarations to LEED and BREEAM credits

We apply workplace health and safety regulations and adopt behaviors that support corporate welfare.

Environmental certifications of the products we use

As trusted applicators for Mapei, Sika and Sherwin-Williams, we work with systems that meet the most recognized sustainability standards in the construction industry, a value that carries through directly to every project we deliver, from a single industrial flooring job to interventions subject to Minimum Environmental Criteria in public procurement

EPD (Environmental Product Declaration)

Environmental Product Declarations, based on life cycle assessment (LCA), quantify a product’s environmental impact from production to disposal, certified by independent third-party bodies. Sika, Mapei and Sherwin-Williams have EPDs for their respective product lines intended for industrial flooring.

CAM Compliance (Minimum Environmental Criteria)

LEED and BREEAM Credits

The Mapei, Sika & Sherwin-Williams systems we use come with technical documentation supporting the international green building protocols LEED and BREEAM, contributing to the sustainability rating of the building in which they are installed.

Low VOC emissions

Many of the lines we apply meet very low volatile organic compound emission standards, Emicode EC1 Plus for Mapei and Sika products, GREENGUARD Gold for Sherwin-Williams lines, relevant to indoor air quality in the environments where we work, from hospitals to offices.

Each supplier also has its own structured sustainability program: Sika with its SPM (Sustainability Portfolio Management) methodology, Mapei with EPD declarations and per-product PASS profiles, Sherwin-Williams with its internal GreenSure standard and EU Ecolabel certification on specific lines. For each project, we can specify which certifications apply to the chosen system.
