Anti-dust epoxy system

This water-based epoxy dustproofing treatment is used to impregnate quartz-reinforced industrial concrete and provides a smooth matt finish. It is suitable for creating dustproof surfaces that are resistant to oil and aggressive substances, and that can withstand frequent washing and wear caused by the passage of trolleys and moving vehicles. It is suitable for penetrating industrial concrete floors without a vapour barrier and traditional cementitious screeds. It is solvent-free and therefore safer for the environment.

Liquid surface treatment with densifying effect

This system is an aqueous solution based on modified lithium silicates used for the surface treatment of internal and external, cement based supports.

It penetrates into the pores of the substrate and reacts with the free lime that is normally produced during the hydration phase of the cement. This reaction produces highly resistant insoluble hydrated calcium silicates which increase the compactness and the strength of the cement matrix.

Reduction in the absorption of water and liquids in general and of the salts dissolved in them, such as chlorides which would be harmful to any metal reinforcements.
