RESIN FLOORS - ELECTRONIC
Designed to optimally respond to AST/ESD standards, these floorings are suitable for areas where electrical, electronic, flammable and/or explosive materials are treated in all environments where protection against damage caused by electrostatic discharges is necessary to protect and preserve equipment, machineries, products and worker safety.
Considering needs, we use techno-formulated resins, having more or less electrical conductivity values (containing elements such as silica-carbide and/or graphite fibers); furthermore, when necessary, a copper network connected to the ground system is drowned inside; all above is intended to provide conductive, dissipative, antistatic floorings.

CONDUCTIVE SELF-LEVELLING EPOXY SYSTEM
Mapefloor I 360 AS is used to form an electrically conductive coating on concrete substrates and cementitious screeds, including those subjected to medium to heavy traffic. Mapefloor I 360 AS is particularly suitable for use in various sectors of industry, particularly the electronics, pharmaceuticals and automotive industries, in warehouses used for storing inflammable products and combustible powders and in the aeronautics and aerospace sectors. Mapefloor I 360 AS is used in particular to provide conductive floor coating in environments used for the production of high technology electronics components and equipment, medical instruments, in computer rooms, in areas where batteries are charged and in all those areas where an electrically conductive covering is required.
DISSIPATIVE SELF-LEVELLING EPOXY SYSTEM
Mapefloor I 390 EDF is used to form a static dissipative coating on concrete substrates and cementitious screeds, including those subjected to medium to heavy traffic. Mapefloor I 390 EDF is particularly suitable for use in various sectors of industry, particularly the electronics, pharmaceuticals and automotive industries, in warehouses used for storing inflammable products and combustible powders and in the aeronautics and aerospace sectors. Mapefloor I 390 EDF is particularly used to make static dissipative floor coatings in environments used for the production of high technology electronics components and equipment and medical instruments, in computer rooms, in areas where batteries are charged and in all those areas where dissipative flooring is required.
