Resin Flooring – Application areas
Logistics & Warehouses
Resistance to impact, abrasion, and heavy traffic, optimal flatness
Ready-to-use surfaces, always operational
The design of a warehouse floor is linked to the concept of load. The design of a warehouse floor is related to the capacity of the floor to bear loads. Static loads, generated under the rack uprights, and dynamic loads, produced by goods handling equipment or AGVs, are assessed. These loads are different in terms of their intensity and pressure levels. The concrete floor will be constructed according to the project’s requirements. In addition to taking into account the existing substrate, the surface finish must be constructed to accommodate the specific activities of each sector within the warehouse, as well as traffic and storage systems. Certified and sustainable resin solutions are used to ensure excellent performance in terms of stress resistance and the ability to withstand the dispersion of aggressive substances (acids, solvents, salts, etc.).

Signage

Resin floor signage is essential. It is fundamental for highlighting the layout. It also indicates traffic flows and destinations to ensure the safety of people and vehicles.
We can create horizontal stripes, vehicle lanes, directional arrows, pedestrian crossings, pictograms, and logos on the ground.
