Our roots
Born in Milan in 1980, we specialise in flooring.
From the outset, our goal was to grow while maintaining the highest standards.
This approach proved successful. We established structured partnerships with Mapei, followed by Sika and Sherwin Williams. We also opened representative offices in France and Switzerland.
This international approach has given us a boundless future horizon.
Our actions have been guided by our remarkable know-how, acquired over more than 40 years, and our experience in the field, making us one of the leading companies in Italy and among the first in Europe.

Our SOA certification qualifies us to bid directly on public contracts for flooring and finishing works (OS6, OS26), as well as building works (OG1) and road/rail infrastructure (OG3), a requirement for taking on medium-to-large public contracts without relying on subcontracting or partnerships with other companies.
ISO 9001:2015 — Certified Quality Management System
Our processes, from quote management to site execution, are certified to the international standard ISO 9001:2015, with periodic audits carried out by an accredited third-party body. It is also a mandatory requirement for maintaining our highest SOA classes (OS6 and OS26, Class IV)..
ISO 45001:2018 — Certified Workplace Safety
Our occupational health and safety management system is certified to the international standard ISO 45001:2018, with periodic audits carried out by an accredited third-party body — a concrete assurance for clients who entrust us with active job sites and operating production facilities.
Insured Ten-Year Workmanship Warranty
Every project is covered by a ten-year works-replacement insurance policy, issued in partnership with Reale Mutua. Should a flooring defect arise that is attributable to our workmanship, the policy covers the cost of repair — a concrete guarantee, not just a contractual promise, valid for ten years from project handover.

Whitelist
We are registered on the anti-mafia list held by the Prefecture (Whitelist), a status that exempts us from submitting anti-mafia documentation for each individual public contract and speeds up the start of contracts with public administrations.
