Prima Polishing Fast System®

Concrete flooring polishing system

Increase the service life of the floor
Stop to dust
Less mainteinance

Floors are fundamental for businesses: they must be the solid foundation on which the company’s activities rest, always efficient and durable.

We specialise in offering an exclusive solution that eliminates the porosity (and consequent deterioration) of concrete floors: Prima Polishing Fast System®, the rapid concrete floor polishing system that transforms flooring into a resistant, reflective, and easy-to-clean surface.

The treatment is suitable for existing or newly constructed surfaces. The aim is to improve performance and ensure high-quality finishes.

The average life of a concrete floor that has been smoothed and polished using professional technologies, such as mechanical smoothing with diamond discs and treatment with lithium silicates, can extend for many years, even beyond a decade, depending on use and maintenance.

Greater resistance to wear and tear and mechanical stress caused by forklifts and lift trucks
Reduced dust and improved hygiene, making daily cleaning easier
Improved safety at work thanks to a more uniform, non-slip surface
Extended floor life with reduced maintenance costs
compared to other solutions

Grinding of concrete floors

Grinding is a mechanical operation that uses grinding machines with progressively finer diamond abrasives to achieve a smooth, uniform surface free of unevenness.
This process eliminates imperfections, signs of wear, scratches and dust caused by carbonation, improving the flatness and safety of the floor, which is important in environments with forklift and lift truck traffic.
Grinding prepares the surface for subsequent treatments, opening up the porosity of the concrete and allowing for better adhesion of any primers or protective products.

Treatment of contraction joints

Sealing of contraction joints by cleaning, inserting a polyurethane cord, and sealing with fast-setting elastic polyurethane material. This is followed by vacuuming up any residual dust, clearing away waste material, and final cleaning, before polishing the surface.

Lucidatura del pavimento in cemento

It consists of wet mechanical polishing, carried out in successive stages using progressively finer-grained diamond tools, including consolidation with lithium silicates and surface treatment with a transparent, water-repellent penetrating product.

The treatment increases the density, hardness, and resistance of the concrete, making the surface more resistant to stains, abrasions, heavy traffic, and scratches, as well as being dust-proof and easier to clean. The surface has a glossy, smooth, reflective, and more uniform finish. It also improves safety thanks to its anti-slip properties. Colouring with non-film-forming impregnating agents can also be applied to enhance the aesthetic appearance without compromising durability.
