EPOXY MORTAR
1. Mechanical preparation of the support.
2. First hand of epoxy resin, applied by roll.
3. Second hand of epoxy mortar applied by screed and mechanically smoothed.
4. Impregnation with epoxy resin.
5. Smoothing with Ral epoxy resin, sanding with quartz on fresh.
6. Final smoothing with Ral epoxy resin.
Solvent-free epoxy system suitable for thick resin coatings, on average between 5 and 15 mm. It is particularly suitable for the restoration of old, very worn floors; it allows hollows to be restored and slopes to be created. It is suitable for heavy forklift traffic and has excellent resistance to aggressive chemicals. The finish can be slip-resistant or smooth.
