Concrete industrial flooring

Flooring for underfloor heating

Thermal comfort.

Superior thermal comfort
Improved air quality
Energy saving

These solutions are designed to integrate a low-temperature heating system directly into the concrete screed. The pipes of the radiant system are positioned above an insulating layer and incorporated into the concrete itself. Water circulates in the pipes at up to 40 °C in a closed circuit over a large radiant surface.
Heat is transmitted by radiation, from the bottom up, resulting in energy savings of up to 50% compared to traditional air systems, thanks to the large radiant surface and low thermal inertia.

They are used in industrial and commercial settings as they do not detract from the aesthetics.

Elimination of heat stratification and uncomfortable draughts
Reduced dust and particulate matter in the air
Helps prevent damp forming on the floor
Energy savings of up to 50%

Using specific techniques is key to ensuring that the concrete mixture is prepared and laid properly. These techniques use metal reinforcement to better distribute loads and limit screed shrinkage.

This, in turn, helps to avoid any damage to the underlying radiant system. Other advantages include the elimination of manual contraction joints thanks to mechanical laying technologies, such as the Laser Screed vibratory screed, which do not damage the pipes.

Tailor Made

In general, industrial concrete floors with underfloor heating are ideal for large industrial areas and spaces that require high durability, ease of cleaning, and chemical and mechanical resistance. Underfloor heating reduces environmental impact and improves air quality in the workplace, preventing humidity and mould.

These floors are designed and custom-made according to the specific needs of the industrial activity and taking into account the characteristics of the radiant heating system installed.
