Concrete industrial flooring
Laser Screed Method
Realization of industrial flooring with controlled flatness in warehouses, logistics facilities, and storage areas.
To create industrial flooring with controlled flatness in warehouses, logistics centers, and storage facilities, Prima uses the concrete Laser Screed machine:
a computer-controlled machine designed specifically for leveling and vibro-compacting industrial concrete flooring. It is equipped with a telescopic arm, at the end of which is a vibrating screed that allows the concrete to be worked. Flatness is monitored during the casting phase to achieve significant coverage of up to 2,500 square metres per day. This significantly reduces the number of construction joints and potential flatness defects that could occur during the laying process.

ADVANTAGES
Precision flooring
This machine can be used in a variety of contexts and environments, allowing you to create perfectly flat floors in
Prima Pavimenti, with its updated fleet of machinery, has two Laser Screeds, technologically advanced tools that allow us to create high-quality flooring.
Thanks to vibratory compaction, the concrete incorporates less air and becomes less porous. This allows us to create surfaces with better flatness tolerance, as they are laser-controlled at a frequency of 300 pulses per minute. This meets the highest industry standards
