Concrete industrial flooring
Controlled Flatness
Greater stability and safety.
Logistics surfaces
Highly flat floors are recommended in environments where surfaces must be free of any irregularities. This is particularly important in warehouses with high operational density that are equipped with automated systems and designed for storage on high racks.
The flooring, especially in the aisles between the racks, must be highly resistant to mechanical stress, abrasion, impact, overturning, spillage of oils or aggressive chemicals, and wear caused by the continuous transit of mechanical vehicles such as forklifts and AGVs.
In vertical warehouses, the aisles are very narrow, and trilateral forklifts move goods at height without lowering the load. It is therefore clear that maximum flatness is required to prevent any movement or tilting, even of a few centimetres, of the load being transported.

ADVANTAGES
Flatness control
We realise high-performance industrial concrete flooring with guaranteed flatness in accordance with UNI 11146:2005 standards, which is essential for warehouses with shelving up to 6 metres high.
Laser Screed
Laser monitoring is carried out during the laying process using laser vibratory screeds (Laser Screed), which control the flatness ‘step by step’ while the concrete is being poured. This ensures high flatness standards and reduces the need for construction joints.
The surface will be extremely smooth and level, reducing vibrations and load movements, preventing damage to goods, shelving, and handling equipment.
High-bay storage facilities
In automated warehouses with high shelving and the use of forklift trucks at great heights, where the required tolerances are even more stringent, we offer a planing system with specific equipment that operates with precision down to a tenth of a millimetre, thus obtaining ‘rails’ with extremely high flatness.
Our solutions take into account the handling system within the customer’s company to optimise the flow of goods in complete safety.
